Hello, I’m Jacqueline Powers, the creator and voice behind Jacqueline Powers Hypnosis.

My journey into the world of hypnosis began in 2012 with a simple curiosity about relaxation, altered states of awareness, and the fascinating ways the mind can respond to imagination and suggestion. What began as an experiment soon became a creative passion, and I started sharing my own guided hypnosis experiences on YouTube.

More than a decade later, I’m still creating.

Over the years, Jacqueline Powers Hypnosis has grown into an extensive collection of guided hypnosis sessions, hypnotic stories, relaxation experiences, imaginative fantasies, trance training, and playful explorations of suggestion. My work ranges from gentle relaxation and personal motivation to more immersive fantasy and adult-oriented hypnosis created for mature audiences.

My Approach to Hypnosis

For me, hypnosis is about creating an experience.

The voice, pacing, atmosphere, words, music, sound design, and story all work together to give the listener a place to relax, focus, imagine, and temporarily step away from the noise of everyday life.

Some sessions are soothing and comforting. Others are mysterious, playful, teasing, dreamlike, or a little darker. I especially enjoy experimenting with storytelling and psychological themes that turn a hypnosis session into something the listener can become completely immersed in.

No two minds experience hypnosis in exactly the same way, and that is part of what continues to fascinate me about creating these recordings.

More Than a Decade of Hypnotic Storytelling

I have been creating hypnosis videos and recordings since 2012, beginning with my original YouTube hypnosis channel and eventually expanding into longer-form audio sessions and exclusive recordings.

During that time, my listeners have become an important part of the creative process. Many of my recordings have begun with requests, suggestions, conversations, and ideas from people who have followed my work.

That relationship with my audience has helped Jacqueline Powers Hypnosis continue to evolve while still keeping the qualities that have always defined my recordings: my voice, imagination, storytelling, and distinctive approach to hypnotic suggestion.
